Terms of stay

Welcome to RHR Hotel Kajang. These Terms of Stay are established to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for all guests. By confirming your reservation and staying with us, you agree to comply with the following policies:

  • Non-Smoking Policy
    RHR Hotel Kajang is a strictly non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in all rooms and indoor areas. A cleaning penalty may be imposed for any violation.

  • Sustainability Fee & Tourism Tax
    All room rates are subject to the Sustainability Selangor Fee as imposed by the local authority.
    A Tourism Tax will be applied to foreign guests in accordance with government regulations.

  • Security Deposit
    A refundable deposit of RM50.00 nett per room will be collected upon check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.

Booking cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid any charges. Any cancellation made within 72 hours of check-in, or failure to arrive (no-show), will result in a full charge of the reservation.

Cancellation policy

At RHR Hotel Kajang, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid any penalty. Any cancellation received within 72 hours before check-in, as well as failure to arrive on the confirmed date (no-show), will result in a full charge of the total reservation amount.

All cancellations must be made through the original booking channel or by contacting the hotel directly. The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
