  • Business Rules

    At RHR Hotel Kajang, we are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and well-managed environment for all guests. The following business rules apply to ensure smooth operations and a pleasant stay experience:

    • Check-In / Check-Out
      Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
    • Non-Smoking Policy
      RHR Hotel Kajang is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in all guest rooms and indoor areas. A cleaning fee will be imposed for violations.
    • Deposit Requirement
      A refundable security deposit of RM50.00 nett per room is required upon check-in.
    • Cancellation & No-Show Policy
      Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total reservation.
    • Taxes & Charges
      All room rates are subject to applicable Sustainability Selangor Fee.
      Tourism Tax applies to all foreign guests as required by Malaysian regulations.
    • Guest Conduct
      Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect hotel property, staff, and other guests at all times. The hotel reserves the right to take necessary action in case of misconduct.
    • Right of Admission
      The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in cases of non-compliance with hotel rules or disruptive behaviour.
    • Amendments
      RHR Hotel Kajang reserves the right to amend these business rules without prior notice.
